General terms and conditions
Sales@finncredible.com rents products and sells experiences to adult individuals (18+ years) and companies in Finland and abroad.
Rental and experience prices include VAT.
Prices are subject to change.
The customer is responsible for providing correct information.
Finncredible reserves the right to change the terms of delivery. The customer is responsible for familiarizing with the valid terms.
Description of the company (Finncredible) rental responsibilities and rights:
Rental items are maintained and ready for use before handing it out to renter.
Rental gear is not necessarily new and the items might have some marks of use on them. Finncredible and the renter are aware of the marks before the item is taken in use.
Finncredible is not responsible to give any safety instructions or tutorials to renter about the usage of the item.
Finncredible is not in any way responsible for direct losses suffered by renter because of the breakdown of the rented item. If and when requested by the insurance company, Finncredible will give a report of the damage or breakdown of a rented item. The renter is responsible to give detailed information about the incident that caused damage or breakdown to the item.
Finncredible reserves the right to terminate the rental contract during the rental and demand the return of the rented item
if there is a reason to doubt the renter can not operate the rented item correctly.
the renter does not follow the agreement.
If the renter has given false information about himself or herself (In this case the contract is terminated immediately and the matter is turned over to the police.)
Description of the customer (renter) rental responsibilities and rights:
The renter is responsible
for giving the information of all the users of the rented gear. The rental gear is not to be used by users not mentioned in the contract
for the rented item.
for taking good care of the rented item.
to compensate possible damages caused to the rented item. (the sum of the compensation is defined by Finncredible and is based on the reseller/maintenance service estimate)
use the rented item legally.
for using the gear only for recreational purposes (not for competitions or businesses or re-renting if not agreed separately)
for using the rental gear only in an environment and circumstances suitable for his/her skills level.
for contacting Finncredible about possible accidents with the rented gear involved. In case of an accident, the renter is responsible for contacting local authorities.
is responsible for the possible damages caused to other persons.
for returning the rented item to a location agreed with Finncredible.
for returning the rented item in the same condition than before the rental
for informing Finncredible about possible damages or faults in the rented item
Finncredible reserves the right to charge a reasonable compensation if the rented item is not returned as agreed.
The renter uses the rental gear always at his/her own risk.
How to rent
Products are rented on the webshop website by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the cashier by using Paytrail service. All customer information will be treated confidentially. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the contact information requested in connection with the order is not used for purposes other than the delivery of the order or for clarification of any confusion therein.
When renting from the webshop or in person, you are required to read and accept the applicable terms and conditions. The renter is responsible for familiarizing with the products, instructions and the rental terms.
After making the reservation and payment, the renter receives a confirmation email to the email address that has been given when making the order. The order is valid only after receiving the confirmation email.
After the confirmation email has been sent, the order is binding.
In case of a failed order, the renter must contact Finncredible without any delay at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the renter makes an order but there's no availability in the ordered item, there's 100% refund or a corresponding item will be provided.
How to buy
Experiences are bought on the webshop website by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying them at the cashier by using Paytrail service. All customer information will be treated confidentially. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the contact information requested in connection with the order is not used for purposes other than the delivery of the order or for clarification of any confusion therein. When renting from the webshop or in person, you are required to read and accept the applicable terms and conditions.

At Finncredible webshop, the payment service is provided by Paytrail.

Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, a confirmation email will be sent to orderer's email. Confirmation emails require an email address when ordering.
Rental gear pick-up
Rental Gear is to be picked up from the company's office (Kevättuulenkuja 1) or from the company's warehouse (Hallitie 12F) or from other locations upon agreement.
Rental Gear delivery
Rental gear delivery takes place prior to the rental period. Finncredible is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect damage caused by delays.
Rental Cancellation policy or changes in the rental order
Cancellation email is to be sent to email@example.com
Cancellation day is the day of receiving the email
If the cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the beginning of the rental period, 100% of the rental sum will be refunded.
If the cancellation is made less than 5 days prior to the beginning of the rental period, 50% of the rental sum will be refunded.
In case Finncredible is not able to receice the rental order, a cancellation email is sent to the renter without delay.
The renter has a chance to change the booking until 5 days prior to the original booking day if there is availability in Finncredible's stock and the duration of the updated booking is at least as long as the original. Finncredible is not obliged by law to approve any changes in the booking.
Right of cancellation and return policy
You have the right under the Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. The product must be returned by post within 14 days of the cancellation notice in its original condition and in its original packaging. The return costs are the customer's responsibility. Attach a copy of the cancellation notice to your product return. If the product has been used, we reserve the right to charge for impairment.
If you would like to return or exchange products after the review period, please contact us directly. When returning an order, please include your name and contact information and your account number for a refund. We will refund the full amount paid within 14 days of the date of receipt of the notice of cancellation if the product has been returned or has been proved to have been delivered by mail to the return address.

Failure to redeem is not the same as a refund or cancellation. For a non-redeemed package that is not subject to a separate cancellation notice, we charge a fee of € 10.
If the product is lost or damaged during shipment or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must report the defect within 14 days in writing to the address listed in the Cancellation and Return Policy section or by calling the contact phone number. If the package is damaged in the Post, you must immediately complain to the Post.
